A local tourist tax of €2.70 per person per night is charged for each night’s stay. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this charge.

Notice for Guests

The holiday apartment may only be used by the registered guests. Day visits by friends or acquaintances are permitted only with prior approval from the landlord. Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not allowed.

Enclosed you will find our cancellation conditions, whereby we recommend that you take out cancellation protection when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries.

Cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to cancel under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

Up to 60 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee, whereby any deposit paid will be retained.

Cancellations made between 59 and 14 days before the agreed arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed booking price.

In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed date of arrival, failure to take possession of the booked accommodation without cancellation, late arrival or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
